    Once we confirm availability, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At katelynmorolesphoto, We prioritize clear communication and professionalism to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

We understand that circumstances can change, & we have established the following policies regarding Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Deposits

  • All bookings require a non‑refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total service fee) to secure your date and time.

  • Deposits are applied toward your total balance.

  • A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Rescheduling

  • Notice: You must provide at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.

  • One‑Time Courtesy: One reschedule is allowed without penalty if notice is given within the 7‑day window. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

  • Short‑Notice Reschedules: Rescheduling within less than 7 days of your session will forfeit your deposit and require a new one to book again.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit — no exceptions.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the full remaining balance may still be due at my discretion, especially for large projects or events where I have turned away other bookings.

No‑Shows & Late Arrivals

  • No‑Shows: If you do not show up for your session without any communication, you will be charged the full remaining balance and will not be able to book again without paying in full upfront.

  • Late Arrivals: Your session will still end at the scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be made up unless my schedule allows.

Use of Past Deposits

  • Deposits expire after 30 days if a date has not been set and confirmed.

  • If you wish to use a past deposit after this timeframe, it will be treated as a new booking and a new deposit will be required.

Weather & Emergencies

  • In the case of severe weather or true emergencies, I will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

  • For outdoor sessions, I may recommend rescheduling if conditions would significantly impact quality.
